Shipping Policy: United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) are the preferred E-Gadget Depot shipping carriers for Domestic and International service. Upon placing an order with E-Gadget Depot, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of when your order is expected to ship (usually within 24-48 hours provided stock is available). Prior to shipment, you will be notified of the tracking information assigned to your order. Once the order ships, you order will be placed in "Shipped" status. Please note that suspicious orders or orders over a certain value may require additional verification prior to shipment. Please note that all goods ship from United States; all Customs duties/taxes and brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Non-Defective Item Returns/Exchange Policy: Your satisfaction is our # 1 priority. Due to this, E-Gadget Depot offers returns on all non-defective items within 5 days following the order delivery date (as indicated by shipping carrier tracking information). If you prefer an exchange, items may only be exchanged for the same item or another item from our website of equal or greater value than the original purchase. A 15 percent restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns/exchanges.
Defective Item Exchange Policy: If your phone or accessory is defective it will be replaced with a brand new unit of the same brand/model. The restocking fee will not be charged for defective merchandise. All defective merchandise may be returned only for exchange and only within the 5 days following the order delivery date (as indicated by shipping carrier tracking information). Please note that defects must be verified by E-Gadget Depot Service Team. Inadequate cellular reception, customer unable to configure email/data settings, etc are NOT eligible
as valid reasons for qualifying for the Defective Item Exchange Policy and will be handled under Non-Defective Item Returns/Exchange Policy above.
Following rules apply to all return types:
The phone must be sent back in original factory condition including all original accessories and original IMEI/Serial #s that were included in the original shipment. Do not tape over or write anything on the original merchandise packaging. Any missing/damaged items/accessories will be subject to a replacement charge (not covered by a restocking fee).
Shipping charges are non-refundable as E-Gadget Depot cannot reclaim these fees from the shipping carrier. The customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that returned shipments are properly packed and fully insured.
A 5 percent cancellation fee will apply to any orders cancelled before shipment. After an order has shipped, the normal return policy applies.
Return Procedure:
In order to return any item, please first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by following the steps below. Any merchandise sent without an RMA number may be subject to additional restocking fees.
Contact the E-Gadget Depot Service Team at service@egadgetdepot.com to initiate your return. Include your name, order ID, and the reason for your return.
E-Gadget Depot will create and send you an RMA number with shipping instructions. Please note that the RMA number takes 1-2 business days to be created.
You will be responsible for return shipping of the phone. Returns must be received within 10 days of the RMA's issuance, otherwise you will not be eligible for return/exchange.
As soon as the phone is received, E-Gadget Depot will process your return/exchange and is committed to keep you up-to-date on the status of your return/exchange.
